Common questions

How do I create a game?

Tap the + button, choose a sport, set the kickoff time and location, then add players to the roster. You can do this with an account or in guest mode on your device.

How are teams balanced?

Each player has a skill rating. RosterIQ uses those ratings to generate fair sides automatically. You can also shuffle randomly, swap players between teams, and set captains.

Do I need an account?

No — "Continue without an account" lets you run local games entirely on your device. An account adds friends, chat, cross-device sync, and online games.

How do I rate teammates and pick an MVP?

When a session wraps up, a voting window opens. Rate each teammate and pick one MVP; ratings feed back into future team balancing.

How do I export or delete my data?

Go to Settings → "Export your data" to download a copy as JSON. To delete your account, use the app's account-closure option or email us. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I report a problem with another user or a message?

We don't tolerate abusive or objectionable content. Email support@rosteriq.ro with details and we'll review and take action promptly.
