These terms govern your use of the RosterIQ app. By using RosterIQ, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use RosterIQ. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use and user content
RosterIQ includes user-generated content such as chat messages, game and player names, and profile photos. You are responsible for the content you create and share. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and not to impersonate others or misuse the service.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You can report objectionable content or abusive users by emailing support@rosteriq.ro. We review reports and act on them — including removing content and suspending or removing accounts — typically within 24 hours.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it so the app can function (for example, showing your messages to other members of a game). Encrypted chat content is not readable by us.
Service changes
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also suspend or discontinue parts of the service.
Termination
You may stop using RosterIQ and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the app in a way that harms others or the service.
Disclaimers
RosterIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. Game scheduling, ratings, and team balancing are conveniences, not guarantees of any outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Apple standard EULA
If you downloaded RosterIQ from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms supplement it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
